Captionfox is provided as it is. Speech recognition makes mistakes. Check the captions before you publish them, especially names, numbers and anything legal or medical.
You keep every right to your videos and to the captions made from them. Use the service only for content you are allowed to caption.
Plans
The monthly plan is $9, renews each month and can be cancelled at any time through Stripe. It stops at the end of the paid month. The pack is $5 once for 3 burned-in videos of up to 30 minutes, with no expiry. Because the work happens on your device, we cannot restore a spent pack use, but write to us through Stripe if something failed and we will look at it.
Free use has limits: clips up to 3 minutes and one burned-in export per day, with a small mark. We may change the limits and prices for new purchases.
Availability
The service needs a recent desktop or laptop browser. Large files can run out of memory in a browser tab, and we cannot fix that from our side.
