Is my video uploaded?: No. The speech model and the video encoder both run inside your browser tab. The only thing that reaches our server is the payment check on paid plans.
What does free include?: Videos up to 3 minutes, unlimited SRT, VTT and TXT, and one burned-in MP4 per day with a small Captionfox mark.
What does the pack cover?: $5 once for 3 burned-in videos of up to 30 minutes each, with no mark. It never renews.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?: In the Stripe receipt email, through the manage subscription link. It stops at the end of the paid month.
