Your videos and audio never reach our server. Decoding, speech recognition and encoding all happen inside your browser tab. We cannot see your files, your captions or your transcripts.
What our server does see
Ordinary web requests, which include your IP address and browser type, kept in the hosting provider's standard logs. If you have a paid plan, one request per page load asks our server whether your payment is still valid. That request carries a signed cookie with a Stripe checkout session id and nothing else.
What is stored in your browser
The speech model files, cached by your browser so they download once. A counter for the free daily burned-in export. A signed cookie if you bought a plan.
Payments
Stripe takes the payment. We never see your card. We only learn that a checkout session was paid, and for the 3-video pack we record how many exports you used on that Stripe payment.
Third parties
The model files come from Hugging Face and the video encoder from the jsDelivr network. Both see the usual request data, not your files.
We use no advertising trackers.
